How to save files from Citrix.

There are 2 ways to log in to Citrix:

1. Through the Citrix Workspace app
2. Through web browser via https://moapac.cloud.com

I. When accessing Citrix thru Citrix Workspaces Desktop App

On first time log in to Citrix Workspaces App the user would be prompted to select access permissions on thier computer files, user shall select select Permit all access.

When user try to export or download a file from the Citrix App the user will be shown the drives available where user can save it. The first drive(s) with on: Users computer name are the user’s available computer drives.

And the last drive shown it the Citrix Server Drive.

Select the user’s Drive and locate in which folder the downloaded or exported file is intended to be saved.

In this sample I intend to download a file and save it to my Computer’s Downloads folder:

When accessing Citrix thru web browser

The computer drives would not be available for selection. The user has to select Save To My Drive then save and it will automatically download on their computer.
