Install the current version of Citrix Workspace (you can use Citrix Receiver if you already have it installed)
You can download the client from www.citrix.com

Right-click on Citrix Workspace in system tray and click open. Enter URL below and click add

Type in your domain credentials in format below and click Log On

Citrix Workspace dashboard should come up after successful login

Launch Spectra PF or MD.

The application will start up after a few seconds.
