Responding to orders and revisions made easier
No longer miss out on submitting your response. Now when you click to view the order PDF for digital orders or revisions that you haven't responded to, you are temporarily diverted to the order response page to submit your response before returning to your original workflow. This affects PDF access from the Inbox Documents column and the Comments section of the order details page.
As well as making it quicker and easier to register your response, this prevents your orders and revisions from being left in an unresolved state which helps maintain the accuracy of the order data.
Improved RFP workflow
RFP ID provided in your email alert. To assist you with your RFP workflow, the notification email you receive to alert you about a new RFP now contains the unique ID for the RFP.
This makes it quicker and easier to locate it in your Inbox or items list as you can now search on the ID, and for integration partners it helps with your proposal mapping process.
More precise categorisation for your buys
New buy categories. To help you classify your buys more effectively, the following new buy categories are now supported for Display, Video, Audio, and Fee submedia (buy types):
- Display: Content
- Video: Banner, Display companion
- Audio: Banner, Display companion, Video companion, In script, Cross channel, and Sponsorship
- Fee: Labor
