Aura Home – My Team Dashboard
With sufficient security, Aura Home now gives you the ability to see more information about your staff without having to leave Aura Home. This includes the following information for your direct reports:
- Out of Office: See who on your staff is out of office for this week and beyond.
- Staff Overdue Timesheets: Easily view staff with overdue timesheets.
- Client Vs. Non-Client View: A breakdown of your staff’s non-client and client hours.
New UI for Expense Items
All agencies will now edit and add expense items using the new account entry UI in Aura Expenses, which supports two-character search and other functionality to streamline searching accounts. The previous account entry fields will no longer be available.
Edit Claims in Submitted Status
As a claimant, you now have the ability to amend expense claims that are currently in submitted status.
Legend in PDF Calendar View
The legend will now be displayed in the PDF of your colour coded Calendar View, enabling you to easily identify the types of requests that are on your calendar.
Any timesheet that is not started or is in progress, and is for a period prior to the current timesheet period, will be marked as overdue. You will be able to see the overdue timesheet status in the timesheet display, my timesheets lists, the approvers list of staff timesheets, and timesheet search.
You now have the ability to copy timesheets.
New UI for Linking Jobs
All agencies will now link jobs using the new account entry UI in Aura Jobs, which supports two-character search and other functionality to streamline searching accounts. The previous account entry fields will no longer be available.
Reopen Order from Display
With sufficient security, you are now able to reopen a closed order from display. Reopening an order will be included in the order’s history.
You will now be able to use enhanced text in the header and footer fields of your orders. This will include the ability to use additional formatting options including colour, bold, underline, italics, numbered lists and bullets.
Display Invoice to Date
When displaying an approved expense or production order, you will now be able to see the invoiced to date amount in total and by cost type.
Internal and External Cost Columns
Your estimate lists will now include columns for both internal and external costs. These columns will show the sum of all internal and external cost types, and will be included in CSV and Excel exports.
