For RFPs:

The agency user cannot CC anyone from the Plan Tab. They will need to send the RFP directly from Prisma to their contact. 

The seller will see the agency user’s alias (first/last name) with "<prisma-do-not-reply@mediaocean.com>" next to it.

For Orders:

The supplier and whomever is cc'd on the Order will receive an email from the agency's user direct email address. The content of the email message will state as below:

This is to notify you that JACKIE MARON sent order O-6TV8 for campaign Ayyyy Teee on 2015-01-05 14:40:05, EST. Please log into Prisma for Sellers to either accept/reject.
