To add in a package:

1) Either Copy/Paste or Manually add in header line for Package

2) Once Header Line is added - Click Package icon to the left of the placement name]

3) The user will then need to fill out all of the required fields for the header line. All required fields will be highlighted in blue

4) To add in child placements - Click the plus button + (The user must know exactly how many children placements they have within the package.)  

5) Required fields for children placement will be highlighted in blue. (This will differentiate between various agencies)
