On occasion, when connected to Spectra PF through Citrix, it can seem smaller than other applications you are running on you computer. To correct this, you can do the following;
On a windows PC/Laptop, the system tray is located on the tool bar of your laptop. Cick on the up arrow (red arrow on screenshot) and then right-click on the Citrix icon (green arrow on screenshot)
Click on Advanced Preferences and then select High DPI
Select "Let the operating system scale the resolution" and then click on Save
Once you have done this, logout and then back into Citrix. Then you can relaunch Spectra PF and the sizing should be correct.
