Double-click Citrix Workspace app icon in system tray to open it

The app should look like this

Click arrow back

Click menu and choose accounts

Remove existing account and click ok to confirm.

Enter a new URL

mediaocean.cloud.com

and click continue

Citrix Workspace will now look like this - note the new URL on the top

next click on “don’t have a token” - as all users need to re-register for 2FA

and enter your username in the format HE\username - for example HE\jsmith

Note: if you get an error “unable to process request” check that you’re entering username in correct format. he\username should work

enter verification code - from your email

enter current HE account password

If all goes well you should see a QR code. Scan it with your preferred app on the phone. - the app you currently use for this purpose.

After the last step is completed you should be able to log in
