As Business Email Compromise continues to be a significant issue for all types of businesses, Mediaocean is adopting a feature to alert us to emails being received from an external source. This additional security action will help Mediaocean handle emails with extra caution, especially when clicking on links or downloading attachments.

 Starting Monday, 17 July, you may see your emails labeled as “EXTERNAL” on responses received from Mediaocean. This includes correspondence on tickets with Mediaocean Support. Following is an example of what this will look like.
