After finance users confirmed the data of accrual list, users need to do below steps:
1. Go to the menu of Finance Setup > Period Management to lock the related transaction document type by divisions.
For example, if the recognition type on media accrual is "Pro-rata" , then the document type of client invoice and vendor invoice have to be locked before accrual.
If the recognition type on media accrual is "On payment" , then three document types of cash receipt/client invoice/vendor invoice have to be locked.
2. secondly, go to media accrual page, click "update" button and refresh the page after few minutes. after that, the posting button will be available on screen.
3. click "Posting to CAS“ button and wait data to post to CAS
