When user created some new job/media type in SPF, and then they will need to go back to Ignitia to do a mapping for the media type. for example, there is a RADIO been created in SPF, the keyID for this type is 36. 

so if you need to map some other types with this keyID, then you can go to job/media type page to check if the field of external code has been populated

Or you can confirm all records mapping on the page of external code if they are all populated.
