Mediaocean Product Enhancement Suggestions
Mediaocean are continually updating platforms to ensure they remain current and relevant to agency needs.
Product feedback and enhancement suggestions from clients are welcome and this document answers questions on how to submit a Product Suggestion and the process.
How do I submit a Product Suggestion to Mediaocean ?
Please complete a enhancement request form - which you will find attached to this document and then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, please note there are two forms, one in English and one in Mandarin.
Please provide as much detail as possible, especially on the business context and impacts.
Why do I need to complete a form ? Can I just email the suggestion ?
Completing the provided form helps ensure product suggestions can be reviewed and prioritised consistently and with the details needed to understand the impact and benefits to your business.
What happens next ?
As part of the next planning cycle, the submitted suggestion form will be reviewed for inclusion in a future release and prioritised based on factors such as alignment with Product Roadmap and other committed development.
If a suggestion is approved it will be allocated either as a Roadmap item for inclusion in a release this year or a candidate for another year.
You can expect to hear back from a Client Engagement team representative within 3 weeks.
How often do Mediaocean release product updates?
Spectra MD & Spectra PF – 2 releases per year.
Aura, Prisma & Lumina – A release every 7 weeks.
Ignitia – A release every 2 weeks.
